Activity Timeline Administrator can synchronize all (Projects, Issues, Users, Worklogs, Boards&Sprints) at once.

In order to synchronize all simply :

1. Go

   to 

   to Configuration > Synchronization > Synchronize all

2. Specify what should be refreshed. The checkboxes are unselected by default.

    

    

   Refresh Project:
   • Updates the list of Jira projects available in ActivityTimeline.
   •  Refresh Issues:
     • Re-cache up to 1,000 latest Jira issues from enabled projects  using the latest issue field mapping configuration.
   •  Refresh Users:
     • Synchronizes the list of Jira users, automatically assigns Limited Employee user role to new users. (Limited Employee role assigned to new users by default).
   •  Refresh Worklogs:
     • Re-load the latest worklogs records from Jira from enabled projects.
   •  Refresh Boards & Sprints:
     • Refresh the list of Agile Boards & Sprints for agile data filtering.

      3. Press Refresh button.

Note: The synchronization operation may take some time to be completed. No changes will be made to Jira during the synchronization operation.
     Once Once the Progress bar reached 100% the synchronization is done.Image Removed.
