Team Utilization

Forecast provides a detailed summary of the team’s workload.

It shows the amount of scheduled work per project/epic or initiative for each team. 

Color corresponds to the team's workload in a given week (column). Yellow - underloaded, green - nominal, red - overloaded.

To generate a Team Utilization Report follow the steps:

1.  Navigate to the Reports page and find the desired report in the list:   

2. Select the display units the data to be grouped by – day, week, or month.

3. Select the period which the report is supposed to be started from

• the default value is Next 4 Weeks

4. Select a Team the report is to be generated for.

• the default value is the Current selected Team on the Dashboard.

5. Generate report in Web or Excel format:
