Automatic Team

Automatic Team is a team that is automatically built by the system based on JIRA tickets returned from the Filter option.

ActivityTimeline searches for all the issues in the left Issues panel, finds the assignees and automatically builds the list of timelines on the dashboard. 

  1. In the left panel open Filters → Quick Filters and select Assignee = <some team> (in this example this is a DesignTeam). 
    → The system is going to show tickets of design team members (in this case - tickets assigned to Amy, Janny and John).

       

  2.  Schedule tickets to them in the right panel as shown below.    

     

  3. Set Filters > Assignee option to default (=All) and select the options for JIRA Agile filter 

  • in the example below both Filters > Board and Filters > Sprint was selected                  

             → The system shows three people James, Alex and Vladyslav working on this Sprint, and JIRA tasks can be scheduled right from there.
