Team Summary Workload Report
This type of report provides a summary of team’s workload.
To generate Team Summary Workload Report follow the steps:
1. Navigate to Reports page and find the desired report in the list:
2. Select the display units the data to be grouped by – day, week or month.
3. Select the First Month which the report is supposed to be started from
the default value is Current Month, other available options are: Previous Month, Current Month and Next Month up to one year.
4. Select a Period the report is to be generated for.
the default value is 1 month, options are from 1 month to 12 months.
5. Select a Team the report is to be generated for.
the default value is Current selected Team on Dashboard.
6. Generate report in Excel or Web format:
→ Team Summary Workload Report opens in the selected format.
This report is useful when one wants to get reports not for a single person but for the whole team.
Team Summary Workload Report does not indicate if a particular person is overloaded, but it displays the report on a team level in general and aggregates and sums up all hours of all people in the team.
Example
DEV team consists of 4 members. Only 2 of them have work scheduled and other two members do not have any tickets on their queue.
→ The system shows this team in yellow color.
