In order to control which issues have to be removed from ActivityTimeline cache, from Dashboard click on Configuration icon on the toolbar, switch to Issues tab → Maintenance Page section:
One can remove the issues directly from Native Issues Metadata List by clicking on red cross icon in Remove column:
In order to see the full information about the specific JIRA ticket, click on Issue ID link in ID column:
→ Show Issue page opens that contains all information about the ticket:
In order to open issue view in JIRA, click on Issue Key in the corresponding column:
If Native Issue Metadata List contains too many tickets, one can search for a specific ticket using Search field.
Enter Issue Key or a keyword in Search fill-in field and hit Search:
To see and remove the Worklog records click on Worklog Records button on Native Issues Metadata List page. To remove the worklog record click on red cross icon in Remove column:
To search for a specific record use Search field.
