Schedule a Ticket

In case of a long lasting task it will be hard for a user to stretch it for weeks or even months. Easier way is to manually schedule start and end dates.

  1. Click on JIRA ticket and press Schedule button:

    2. In the opened dialog enter the desired Start and desired End dates, and specify a Due date if applicable.

    3. Press Change.

→ The system will change the dates and the task will be re-scheduled on a user's timeline.
