FindDuplicates has an integration with Zephyr Test management add-on out of the box.

There is no configuration required if using JIRA Jira Service Desk version 2.x.

If you have JIRA Service Desk v3.0 or above, then you may need to configure a URL to the Service Desk project.

To access Configuration page follow the steps:

  1. Go to JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons > FindDuplicates

  2. Press Configurebutton.

Configuration page should show the following setting allowing you to turn on/off an integration with Service Desk as well as change the url:Image RemovedURL:

It is required to click Save Changes button below the page for the changes to take effect.
