There is no configuration required if using JIRA Jira Service Desk version 2.x.

To access Configuration page follow the steps:
Go to JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons > FindDuplicates
Press Configurebutton.
Configuration page should show the following setting allowing you to turn on/off an integration with Service Desk as well as change the URL:
