Server version: Upgrading from ActivityTimeline v7.2.x and earlier:

Please read and follow the Upgrade Instructions of ActivityTimeline v7.6.


ActivityTimeline Cloud:  Released on October 24, 2020. 

ActivityTimeline Server: Pending Release.


This version update includes the following enhancements:

  • New Worklog Categories to categorize logged work hours (e.g. Billable vs Non-Billable work)

  • Added Timer/Stopwatch to track spent time and then Log it into Jira issue

  • New User Permission page with the possibility to bulk assign roles

  • New Team Lead (Team Manager) user role

  • Added new “Imported Team” that can be associated with a Jira group

  • Added possibility to bulk assign skills and positions to users

  • Added possibility to bulk add users to team based on Jira group, other Team or Project.

  • Security improvements

  • Many other improvements and fixes

New Configuration Page:

New User Permission page

New Team Lead (Team Manager) user role

This role allows to gain Manager-level permissions within just selected teams while limiting access to other teams.
