ActivityTimeline administrator has the power to control the set of skills, knowledge levels for the skills, and the positions available for ActivityTimeline users.
Admin may also create new non-Jira users, edit existing ActivityTimeline users, delete users, change default roles for newly created users, create and add position and skills.
