FindDuplicates allows JIRA user to perform the following:
- Automatically detect potential duplicates as user is creating a new issue
- This includes default create issue page, edit page as well as issue creation from Zephyr and synapseRT add-ons.
- Show similar issues on each issue page
- Show potential duplicates on issue link dialog
- Quick search for JIRA issues from the main JIRA header search panel
