FindDuplicates allows JIRA users to perform the following actions:

  • Automatically detect potential duplicates while user is creating a new issue SERVER/DC

    • This includes default Create Issue dialog, Edit Issue dialog, as well as issue creation from Zephyr and synapseRT add-ons.

  • Show similar issues on each issue page

  • Show potential duplicates in Link Issue dialog SERVER/DC

  • Quick search for Jira issues from the main Jira header search panel SERVER/DC
