FindDuplicates Documentation
Find Duplicates plug-in to Atlassian JIRA searches for all possible duplicates while you are creating a new issue. The system will return the results immediately preventing you from logging a ticket that was already logged before.
With Find Duplicates you will be able to avoid duplicate issues creation and save time. The list of potential duplicates will be displayed on the right panel of any existing JIRA ticket.
FindDuplicates JIRA plug-in:
- works in Create, Edit, Link Issue dialogs
- enables instant smart search by issue key, phrase or issue number from a current project
- integrates with JIRA Service Desk, Zephyr and synapseRT Test Management plug-ins
