Setup Wizard

In a situation when setup process has to be re-run, when your instance needs to be re-initialized, admin can navigate to Setup Wizard by clicking the corresponding link in Configuration page.

 

Note: it is recommended to firstly contact our support team before going through Setup Wizard on your own, as most probably your case can be solved without re-initialization of the instance.

 

Once you open the tab ‘Setup Wizard’ system will ask you about the projects that you’d like to manage in the application, the same way it does at your first trial, after that the data will be re-initialized on the instance.
