Bulk User Edit
To simplify work for ActivityTimeline Administrators we introduced a Bulk Mode to User Management that allows to manage users meta-data all at once. To open ‘Bulk mode’ click on the Bulk Update button:
Once you click on it, you will be presented with a variety of options that you can assign/remove to/from users:
User Refresh
In case you have created new users inside your Jira instance and they were not yet synchronized into ActivityTimeline, you can perform a manual refresh by clicking ‘Refresh users’ on the User Management Tab:
After this you will be transferred to the Synchronization page where you will be able to perform user refresh as well as configure how often (if any) automatic user refresh should take place and what is the default role for newly synced users:
