Vacation management
ActivityTimeline provides a functionality for managing vacations of the employees within the organisation. In ‘Vacation Management’ tab, you can determine how many vacation days per day users should have, this can be determined organisation-wide or assigned individually.
Global setting:
Individual settings can be configured on the ‘User management page’ of the individual:
This setting limits the amount of approved vacation days the person could have within a year and the system will not allow to assign too many vacations.
