Atlassian user can start free trial of Email Notifications Digest in two different ways:

1. From JIRA Administation > Add-ons
2. Directly from Atlassian Marketplace.

Install Email Notifications Digest from JIRA Administration

Pre-requisites:

• you should have JIRA installed on your server
• you should be JIRA admin
• you should have Atlassian account

To start a free trial of Email Notifications Digest plug-in and install it on your JIRA server follow the steps:

1. Go to JIRA Administration > Add-ons
   → Manage add-ons screen loads.
2. In Atlassian Marketplace menu select Find new add-ons
3. Enter 'Email Notifications Digest' into the Search field 
   → Search Results will show Email Notifications Digest plug-in available with Free Trial button active

4. Press Free Trial button

   Sometimes you may be asked to log in with your Atlassian account to start downloading the plug-in.

   → Wait till the system is automatically downloading and installing ND plug-in.

5. Once the installation process is completed, you will be redirected to Atlassian page to get a license.

6. Accept Terms and agreements.
   → The system will redirect you to MyAtlassian page where you can get a trial license.

7. Enter your company name and put a tick on 'I have read and agree to the Terms of Use for the Atlassian Marketplace' option.

8. Press Generate License button.

   1. If you are using an older version of UPM, you can copy and paste the license into your JIRA instance.

9. Once the license is generated, copy the license into your clipboard.

10. Go to Email Notifications Digest > Manage and paste license key into the corresponding blank.

11. Press Update button.

12. Wait till the license key is updated:

    

    Now you can start evaluating Email Notifications Digest plug-in. By default, ND plug-in is automatically integrated with JIRA.
    
    

    Admin can configure the settings but this step is optional. For more information refer to Configure Email Notifications Digest v1.0/2.0

Install Email Notifications Digest from Atlassian Marketplace

Pre-requisites:

• you should be JIRA admin
• you should have Atlassian account

To start ND free trial and install it on your JIRA server follow the steps:

1. Go to Atlassian Marketplace and search for 'Email Notifications Digest'
   1. Direct Link: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.reliex.plugins.email-notifications-digest
2. Open Email Notifications Digest page from Search Results
3. Press Try it free button.
4. Enter the name of your Organization, put a tick on 'I have read and agree on the Terms of Use for the Atlassian Marketplace' option.
5. Press Generate License button.
6. From the opened page copy your license key to the clipboard.
7. Press Download buttton.
8. Define a place on your local drive to save *.jar file.
9. Once the file is downloaded, log into your JIRA. Go to Administration > add-ons > Manage add-ons.
10. Click Upload add-on link and select *.jar file > press Upload.
11. Once the installation process is completed, go to Atlassian Marketplace > Email Notifications Digest page > click Manage.
12. Paste the license key you copied in Step 6 into the corresponding blank > press Update.
13. Wait till the license is updated.
    You can log into JIRA and start evaluating ND plug-in now. By default, Email Notifications Digest plug-in is automatically integrated with JIRA.
