Bulk Mode & Refresh Users

Bulk User Edit

In order to simplify work for ActivityTimeline Administrators we introduced a Bulk Mode to User Management that allows to manage users meta-data all at once. In order to open ‘Bulk mode’ click on Bulk Update button:

Once you click on it, you will be presented with a variety of option that you can assign/remove to/from users:

User Refresh

In case you have created new users inside your Jira instance and they were not yet synchronized into ActivityTimeline, you can perform a manual refresh by click ‘Refresh users’ on the User Management Tab:

After this you will be transferred to Synchronization page where you will be able to perform users refresh as well as configure how often (if any) automatic users refresh should take place and what is the default role for newly synced users:
