Troubleshooting Page for Data Center Version

In case ActivityTimeline application on Jira Data Center fails to start or you are experiencing issues during the installation and setup process, Jira Admin can access the troubleshooting page where the system will say what went wrong.

To open a Troubleshooting page, admin has to go to:

https://<JIRA_HOME_URL>/plugins/servlet/activitytimelineconfig/configuration

On this page, you will be able to see whether ActivityTimeline Service is up & running, or perhaps it was stopped and has to be restarted.
