Zephyr
FindDuplicates has an integration with Zephyr Test management add-on out of the box.
No configuration is required.
synapseRT
FindDuplicates has an integration with synapseRT Test management add-on out of the box.
No configuration is required.
JIRA Service Desk
There is no configuration required if using Jira Service Desk version 2.x.
If you have JIRA Service Desk v3.0 or above, then you may need to configure a URL to the Service Desk project.
This can be configured in FindDuplicates Configuration page.
To access Configuration page follow the steps:
Go to JIRA Administration > Add-ons > Manage add-ons > FindDuplicates
Press Configure button.
Configuration page should show the following setting allowing you to turn on/off an integration with Service Desk as well as change the URL:
It is required to click Save Changes button below the page for the changes to take effect.
