Individual Indicator Modes

Individual Indicator Modes

By default, the individual workload indicator displays each user's workload in hours. Additionally, you have the flexibility to view this data in percentage or explore other key metrics such as availability, the daily number of issues assigned, and a combined view of workload and worklogs. To switch the individual indicator mode click on the cog icon.

There are four main indicator modes available:

  1. Workload - Indicators will display people's workload based on remaining estimates of tasks, daily estimates, and events.

  2. Number of Issues - Indicators will display how many issues are assigned to a user for the day, week, or month.

  3. Availability - Indicators will display people's availability based on involvement, remaining estimates, and daily estimates of scheduled tasks and events

  4. Worklogs and Workload - This setting is useful when users log work and the remaining time estimate decreases over time. To reflect proper planning the remaining estimate is excluded and not spread over the past period.
