Create Issue - Instant Duplicates List

This is applicable to Find Duplicates app for Jira Server/Data Center only.
One of the main features of Find Duplicates app is the possibility to detect potential duplicates before they are submitted into Jira.
This saves time and efforts to search for duplicates manually as well as nailing already reported duplicates together.
Find Duplicates plug-in shows the list of similar issues instantly as user is creating a new issue in Jira.
To see the list of potential list of duplicates while you are reporting a new issue follow the steps:
Open Create Issue dialog
Start typing the title in Summary field
→ The potential duplicates list is instantly revealed.Click on any item from the list to open it:
By default, the list of potential duplicates contains 5 items only.
This setting can be changed by Jira administrator at Jira Administration → Manage Apps → Find Duplicates Configuration → General.
