Skill Availability Report provides a summary of the skill availability of the members in the team.

To generate this report  follow the steps:

1. Navigate to Reports page and find the desired report in the list:  

2. Leave the display units value = week; first month = current month, period = 1 month, skills = skills of a displayed user/s on a Dashboard, team = displayed team/s on a Dashboard.

3. Select a Period the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is 1 month, options are from 1 month to 12 months.

4. Select a Skill the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is a skill of current selected Users on Dashboard

5. Select a Team the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is Current selected Team on Dashboard.

6. Check 'Show availability in percentages' checkmark.

7. Check 'Include Placeholder' checkmark.

8. Generate report in web or Excel format:

→ Skills Availability Report opens in the selected format.

Some people have skills like consultancy skills, communication, CSS, Java, Management, Photoshop, SQL etc. This report shows how many people with particular skills are available for the selected period of time.
