Position Availability Report

This type of report displays the number of available hours of people with particular skill or position.

To generate Position Availability Report follow the steps:

  1.  Navigate to Reports page and find the desired report in the list:

  2.  Leave the display units value = week; first month = current month, period = 1 month, skills = skills of a displayed user/s on a Dashboard, team = displayed team/s on a Dashboard.

  3. Select First Month to start showing in a report.

  • the default value is Current Month.

 4. Select a Period the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is 1 month, options are from 1 month to 12 months.

5. Select a Positions the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is a positions of current selected Users on Dashboard

6. Select a Teams the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is Current selected Team on Dashboard.

7. Check 'Show availability in percentages' checkmark.

8. Check 'Include Placeholder' checkmark.

9. Generate report in Web or Excel format: 

→ Position Availability Report opens in the selected format.

Available user positions are displayed on the left. The numbers in table cells show how many people are available on this position on this particular week.
