Position Availability Report

This type of report displays the number of available hours of people with a particular position.

To generate a Position Availability Report follow the steps:

  1.  Navigate to Reports page and find the desired report in the list:

  2.  Choose units day/week/month.

  3. Select a Positions the report is to be generated for.

  4. Select a Period the report is to be generated for.

  • the default value is next 10 weeks

  1. Select a Teams the report is to be generated for.

  2. Check 'Show availability in percentages' checkmark.

  3. Check 'Include Placeholder' checkmark.

  4. Check 'Include Bookings' checkmark.

  5. Generate report in Web or Excel format: 

Position Availability Report opens in the selected format.

Available user positions are displayed on the left. The numbers in table cells show how many people are available in this position on this particular week.
