Skill Availability Report

Skill Availability Report provides a summary of the skill availability of the members of the team.

To generate this report  follow the steps:

1. Navigate to Reports → Other Reports → Find the desired report in the list:  

Open

2. Select units day/week/month

3. Select a Skill the report is to be generated for.

4. Select a Team the report is to be generated for.

5. Select a Period the report is to be generated for.

6. Check 'Show availability in percentages' checkmark.

7. Generate report in web or Excel format:

Open

Skills Availability Report opens in the selected format.

Some people have skills like consultancy skills, communication, CSS, Java, Management, Photoshop, SQL etc. This report shows how many people with particular skills are available for the selected period.
